You may cancel your membership or delete your account at any time.
We expect kindness, mutual respect, and mindfulness from all community members.
Pavla Yoga Journey is not responsible for your actions and makes no medical guarantees.

Pavla Yoga Journey offers yoga, mindfulness, and movement-based content through videos, articles, live or pre-recorded classes, and other wellness tools. Our intention is to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and breath—whether you’re in the saddle or on your mat. Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pavla Yoga Journey, you agree to these legally binding terms. If you’re simply browsing (“Visitor”) or creating an account to access member content (“Member”), these Terms apply to you. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue use of the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version, so we recommend checking them regularly.

2. Registration Requirements

To access membership content, you must register. By doing so, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old.
The information you provide during sign-up is accurate and up to date.
You will keep your registration details current.

If any provided information is false or misleading, your account may be suspended or terminated.

You may view videos via streaming for personal, real-time use only.

Practicing yoga and movement involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. By participating in classes from Pavla Yoga Journey, you confirm that:

You understand this is not medical advice.
You are responsible for assessing your own physical and mental capabilities.
You’ve consulted with a physician before beginning any new movement practice if needed.
You will modify or skip any movement that doesn’t feel appropriate for your body.

Pavla Yoga Journey and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may result from participating in our offerings.

5. For Adults Only

This platform is intended only for individuals aged 18 or older. By registering or using the site, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

6. Account Security

When you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login information secure. Please:

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Never share your password.
Log out after each session.

We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized account use.

7. Community Conduct

Pavla Yoga Journey is a safe and respectful space. By using our services, you agree not to post or share any content that:

Is harmful, abusive, harassing, racist, or offensive.
Includes nudity, sexually explicit, or violent material.
Contains misleading or false information.
Infringes on the rights of others (including intellectual property).

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

You engage in inappropriate behavior.
Your account is inactive for a prolonged period.

(a) follow legal processes in the Czech Republic or internationally;
(b) enforce our terms and conditions;
(c) respond to claims that your content violates others’ rights;
(d) help you with customer support;
(e) protect the rights, safety, or property of Pavla Yoga Journey, its community, or the public;
(f) and as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Security Features

Pavla Yoga Journey may include technology that protects digital content, such as video or course materials. These tools are designed to make sure content is used as intended. You agree not to try to bypass, disable, or interfere with these security features or the rules that come with them.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Pavla Yoga Journey—like logos, text, videos, graphics, and other creative work (we’ll call all of this “Material”)—is protected by copyright and belongs either to Pavla Yoga Journey or to the people who gave us permission to use it.
You’re welcome to view and use the Material for your personal and non-commercial use only. But you can’t copy, modify, sell, post, or distribute any of it without our written permission.
You also can’t change or remove anything from the site or try to mess with its security or functionality.

11. Personal Use Only

This platform is meant to support your personal journey—not for promoting or selling unrelated services or products. You agree not to use Pavla Yoga Journey for business purposes unless we’ve given you written approval.
If we find any ads, affiliate links, or promotions posted without permission, we may remove them and, if necessary, limit or cancel your access.

12. Your Content and Rights

When you post or share content on Pavla Yoga Journey (such as in comments, reviews, or submissions), you give us permission to use it. Specifically, you grant Pavla Yoga Journey a non-exclusive, royalty-free, permanent, worldwide license to use, modify, share, and display your content in any format—online, in print, or elsewhere.

While you can contact us to request removal of your content, we aren’t obligated to delete it and can’t guarantee full deletion (e.g., from backups).

Given the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Specifically, you agree to follow any applicable laws concerning the transmission of technical data exported from the Czech Republic or the country in which you reside.

16. Privacy Policy
Pavla Yoga Journey honors your privacy and gives you control over certain uses of your personal information, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the site or any of our services, you agree to the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is hereby fully incorporated into these Terms.

17. Intellectual Property and Infringement Policy
Pavla Yoga Journey respects intellectual property rights and reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any user account that infringes on the rights of others or violates intellectual property laws.
If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright or other rights, please provide the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
Identification of the copyrighted work (or a representative list if applicable).
Identification of the material being infringed, and where it appears on Pavla Yoga Journey.
Your contact information (address, phone number, and email).
A good-faith statement that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please send all claims to our designated contact email with a request for return receipt acknowledgment.

18. Member Disputes
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of Pavla Yoga Journey. While we may, at our discretion, monitor disputes, we have no obligation to do so and assume no liability for member conduct.

19. Account Deletion, Term, and Termination
These Terms remain in effect as long as they are accessible on this website.

Account deletion: You may request to delete your account anytime by emailing us from your registered email address.
Subscription cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions provided on our Help page or through your app store (Google Play or Apple). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be given for the current period.
Lifetime access: Lifetime plans may be cancelled at any time, but no refunds are offered. Termination results in deletion of the account.
Termination by Pavla Yoga Journey: We may terminate your access or account immediately and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, provided false or misleading information, or interfered with the experience of other users.

20. Membership

Subscription Pricing: Subscription fees are charged based on the rate in effect at the time of purchase. If prices change, you will be notified at least 10 days in advance.
Lifetime Access: From time to time, we may offer lifetime access plans. These can only be purchased during specific promotional periods. Upgrading to a lifetime plan requires a separate purchase. Previous subscription payments are non-refundable.
No Account Sharing: Your account is for personal use only. Sharing or distributing login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Refund Policy: Refunds are only granted for unactivated registration codes within 7 days of purchase.
Fraud: We reserve the right to cancel any account suspected of fraudulent or abusive use.

21. Image and Video Usage
Pavla Yoga Journey may include images and videos across its content. We use only materials that fall under the following categories:

Media provided by contributors with the right to distribute.
Licensed media from vendors.
Media published under Creative Commons licenses, used with appropriate attribution.
Fair Use materials such as small thumbnails, parody, or content used for newsworthy purposes.
Media commissioned directly by Pavla Yoga Journey.

If you believe your copyrighted content has been used improperly, please contact us. We will review your claim, but we reserve the right not to remove materials if they fall within permitted uses.

22. Contest Disclaimer
Contests or giveaways hosted by Pavla Yoga Journey are subject to specific entry limits as stated in the rules. Multiple entries beyond the allowed number will result in disqualification.
By entering, you agree to release Pavla Yoga Journey and its team from any liability, including damages, injuries, or losses resulting from participation. This release extends to all known or unknown consequences.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the listed prize is unavailable, we reserve the right to provide an alternative of equal value.

23. Disclaimer of Warranties

By using Pavla Yoga Journey, you understand and agree that you are doing so at your own risk. The platform, services, and materials are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pavla Yoga Journey, its founder, team, collaborators, and affiliates disclaim all warranties related to the platform and your use of it.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, nor do we take responsibility for:

(i) Errors or inaccuracies in content
(ii) Personal injury or property damage arising from your access or use of the platform
(iii) Unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and personal or financial data
(iv) Interruption or discontinuation of the platform
(v) Viruses or harmful components that may be transmitted by third parties
(vi) Any loss or damage as a result of using content on the platform or through external links

We do not guarantee, endorse, or take responsibility for any product, service, or content offered by third parties through Pavla Yoga Journey, linked websites, or advertisements. Please use your judgment and care when engaging with any such content or third-party services.

24. Limitation on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pavla Yoga Journey, its team, collaborators, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to:

(ii) Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the site
(iii) Unauthorized access to our servers and your personal data
(iv) Service interruptions
(v) Malicious software or harmful content from third parties

You acknowledge that Pavla Yoga Journey is not liable for the conduct of other users or third parties, and you assume full responsibility for any associated risks.

(ii) Your violation of this agreement
(iii) Your violation of any third-party rights
(iv) Content you submit that causes harm to others

This obligation remains in effect even after you stop using the platform.

Certain services, offers, or content may require you to agree to additional terms. These terms are considered part of this agreement and apply when you participate in those specific services or programs.

28. Modification and Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any part of Pavla Yoga Journey at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or others for any such changes.

29. Assignment

You may not transfer this agreement to anyone else. However, Pavla Yoga Journey may assign or transfer it at any time without notice.

30. Waiver and Severability

If we don’t enforce a provision of this agreement, it doesn’t mean we waive the right to do so in the future. If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable and in effect.

31. Statute of Limitations

Any claim related to this agreement or your use of Pavla Yoga Journey must be filed within one (1) year of the event or be permanently barred.

32. Governing Law and Venue

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic (or choose Singapore if more relevant for your business setup). Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction. You agree that the platform is considered to be operated from that location.

33. Ability to Accept Terms

By using Pavla Yoga Journey, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these terms.

34. General

We may update these terms at any time. It’s your responsibility to review them regularly. Your continued use of the platform means you accept any updated terms.

35. Feedback

We love hearing from you. If you choose to share feedback, suggestions, or ideas with us, you grant Pavla Yoga Journey a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that feedback for improving or creating services and content.
